A murder shakes the port of Antwerp in broad daylight: Right in front of the striking "Havenhuis", model Jean-Baptiste Kalemba (Pahuni Kongolo Kakesse) is fatally struck by a masked cyclist while jogging. However, Detective Louma Shapiro (Marie-Lou Sellem) and her colleague Pierre Didier (Miguel Francisco) conclude that another person was likely the actual target of the attack. The assault may have been intended for Kisha (Karmela Shako), Kalemba's half-sister. The young woman arrived in Belgium from the Congo just a few days earlier and suddenly disappears without a trace. During their investigation, Louma and Pierre discover an explosive lead: Kisha is on the Congolese government's terrorist list.
