German rapper Finch (36) is holding strong at the top of the charts, and even a long-standing pop icon like Madonna (67) can't shake him. In the Official German Album Charts, compiled by GfK Entertainment, Finch defends his throne this week with his album "Aussenseiter Spitzenreiter." The rapper celebrates his success on Instagram with camping pictures. "Madonna? We're number 1 on the German album charts for the second week in a row. Germany remains Finchiland," he writes.

Meanwhile, Madonna debuts at number two with "Confessions II." Bronze goes fresh to British rock icons Deep Purple with "Splat!" There's also a new entry at number four - rapper Bonez MC with "Johnny's Tape." US singer Olivia Rodrigo remains at number five with "You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl So In Love."

Little Movement in the Singles Charts

In the singles charts, meanwhile, football fever continues to reign, even though the German national team has long since been eliminated from the World Cup. "Dai Dai," the official World Cup song that Shakira premiered with Burna Boy during the tournament's first opening ceremony, continues to hold the number one spot.

The viral hit "Gut genug" by Kitschkrieg, Blumengarten and Shirin David remains at silver, and "Killy Manjaro" by Summer Cem and Billa Joe defends third place. For the first time, there's movement in the singles at number four. "Self Aware" by Temper City climbs up one spot this week. The only new entry in the top five is "Ghetto Superstars" by rappers Capital Bra and Samra at number five.
