Taylor Swift (36) and Travis Kelce (36) allegedly do not want to share the special moments of their wedding with fans. As "Us Weekly" reports, citing an insider, there will be no documentary about their big day. Previously, rumors had been circulating that the singer and the NFL star had filmed a wedding movie with footage from the ceremony. That is not true, the magazine's anonymous source has now explained. "They documented it for themselves, but are keeping it private", the insider added.
Mega Celebration in New York
After Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got engaged last year, the two stars tied the knot on Friday, July 3, in New York City. They celebrated with around 1,000 of their closest friends and family members at the famous Madison Square Garden. According to media reports, the couple had the multipurpose arena, which normally hosts basketball games and major concerts, transformed into a garden with real trees, lots of greenery, and a huge pavilion.
Prominent wedding guests included Jessica Alba, Reese Witherspoon, Bradley Cooper, and Emma Stone, among others. Adam Sandler reportedly officiated the ceremony, and the celebration was musically accompanied by Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks.
Emotional Ceremony
Apparently, the ceremony was very emotional. "Taylor was visibly moved while reciting her vows, but kept her composure", another source reported in "Us Weekly". "You could tell she had put a lot of work and time into writing her vows. Travis had more tears in his eyes than Taylor. They shared very personal details and anecdotes that some guests had never heard before." According to the source, Swift and Kelce recalled how they met and the journey they had taken to get there. Swift reportedly walked down the aisle to the sound of a string quartet version of her 2008 song "Love Story".
