On the day of the men's semifinals, numerous prominent guests can once again be seen at Wimbledon. A whole series of stars are watching the top-level tennis at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. Among them are the two Hollywood stars Dustin Hoffman (88) and Keira Knightley (41).
Hoffman is attending the tournament together with his long-time wife Lisa Hoffman (71) and appears rather sporty in a polo shirt and sneakers. Knightley, on the other hand, opts for a more glamorous appearance in a summery white midi dress. She arrives on the grounds hand in hand with her husband James Righton (42). The actress has been married to the musician since 2013 and has two children with him.
Among the guests are many other well-known names from film and television. Rogue One actress Felicity Jones (42) is attending the tournament together with her husband, director Charles Guard (50). Also on site are Saltburn star Richard E. Grant (69), Bridgerton actor Luke Thompson (38), British actress Lesley Manville (70), and Dr. House star Hugh Laurie (67). American designer Tom Ford (64) appears, according to reports, in the company of British actor George MacKay (34). Vogue icon Anna Wintour (76) is once again among the guests, as is Elvis director Baz Luhrmann (63).
Great chance for German hope Alexander Zverev
From a German perspective, attention is particularly focused on one of the two semifinals: Alexander Zverev (29) faces Britain's Arthur Fery (23). With a victory, the French Open champion would reach the Wimbledon final for the first time in his career, which will take place on Sunday. As patron of the tournament, Princess Kate (44) is expected to present the trophy to the winner as usual.
