During the summer vacation of Bushido (47) and Anna-Maria Ferchichi (44), an incident occurred that resulted in the rapper taking one of their children to the hospital. Their daughter Aaliyah injured her toe so badly that her father had to take her to a clinic. "Always happens on vacation", Ferchichi says in an Instagram story.
According to information on both of their Instagram accounts, the family is currently on the Côte d'Azur. "Aaliyah injured her toe really badly", the rapper's wife explains in the story. "Then the toenail lifted up and now everything underneath is infected", she reports.
The "toe is throbbing like crazy"
The girl received an ointment at a pharmacy and they were told she couldn't swim or bathe for a week. "That's obviously a total disaster now on vacation, but her toe is throbbing like crazy." The toe is also hot, swollen, and has been oozing wound fluid for three days.
Her husband is therefore taking their daughter to a hospital now, Ferchichi explains. Bushido posted in his stories a picture of Aaliyah showing her smiling in a clinic. The information about their daughter's health is based solely on Ferchichi's statements. Neither a medical diagnosis nor a current treatment status is known.
Son Djibi had to undergo emergency surgery on vacation in 2025
Last year, Anis Ferchichi, the rapper's civil name, and his wife experienced a medical emergency during their summer vacation. Their son Djibi had a serious accident. In June 2025, according to the family's statements, he had to undergo emergency surgery due to a water sports accident. "His triceps was torn, a tendon and a few small nerves", Anna-Maria Ferchichi explained at the time, also in a story.
In the podcast "Im Bett mit Anna-Maria und Anis Ferchichi", Bushido recently spoke about the accident. Such an experience takes away one's "positive naivety", the rapper said.
