Despite strict confidentiality clauses, more and more details about the wedding of Taylor Swift (36) and Travis Kelce (36) are gradually leaking out. Now, the invitation to the party of the year has also allegedly surfaced. A guest of the couple - Ashish Ferguson, brother of Kelce's childhood friend and former private chef Kumar Ferguson - posted a photo of the card on Instagram on Monday, as shown among others by "Page Six", the gossip portal of the "New York Post". Shortly after, however, the post disappeared again.
"You are invited. July 3, 2026. Manhattan. Love, Taylor & Travis", was reportedly written on the simple invitation card. At the bottom of the card, there was a brief directive: "One Night Only. Early Evening. Black Tie." The card apparently did not specify an exact location. According to reports, many guests didn't know until the very end where they were supposed to go.
The invitation was apparently designed as a painted landscape motif: a forest by a body of water under an orange sky, matching the color scheme of the celebration. Above it was emblazoned the couple's monogram - an intertwined double "T". Each invitation also reportedly bore the name of the respective recipient as a watermark. This was presumably intended as protection against leaks. However, Ferguson didn't seem to let that stop him from publishing the card anyway.
Particularly secretive celebration
Pop star Taylor Swift and football star Travis Kelce got married on July 3 at New York's Madison Square Garden in front of more than 1,000 guests. According to media reports, the couple transformed the multi-purpose arena, which usually hosts basketball games and large concerts, into a garden with real trees, lots of greenery, and a huge pavilion.
The floral theme also tied into the couple's engagement: Kelce had proposed to Swift in August 2025 in the middle of a lushly planted garden full of flowers on his property. The two have been a couple for about three years.
The prominent wedding guests included Jessica Alba, Reese Witherspoon, Bradley Cooper, and Emma Stone. Adam Sandler reportedly officiated the ceremony, and the celebration was musically accompanied by Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks. There was also apparently provision for emotional moments: After the wedding vows, guests could reach for embroidered handkerchiefs. Singer Maren Morris showed hers on Instagram - featuring that intertwined double "T" that already adorned the invitation. The newlyweds themselves have yet to give their millions of fans official wedding photos.
