Three words and a red heart: With "Love you, Jazzy", Andre Agassi (56) commented on Instagram on a mini photo series showing his daughter Jaz Elle and himself in private moments. Among them is a picture from her early years, which the former tennis star rarely makes public.

The series also includes the phrase "Just say my name, I'm there". The addressee's response naturally didn't take long. "Awwww, love you", wrote the 22-year-old daughter of Steffi Graf (57) under her father's post.

No Birthday, No Anniversary

Papa Agassi doesn't mention a specific occasion for the rare declaration of love. A birthday greeting can be ruled out, as Jaz Elle was born on October 3, 2003 in Las Vegas, daughter of the American and German tennis legend Steffi Graf.

The fact that pictures of Jaz Elle generate attention at all is due to their rarity. Agassi and Graf have consistently kept their two children out of the public eye, especially when they were young. Son Jaden Gil (24) has since found his own athletic path in baseball, while his sister continues to live largely out of the spotlight.

How close the bond between father and daughter is, however, became visible at the 2025 US Open, when Jaz Elle made a rare appearance. At a gala hosted by the US Tennis Association's foundation, her father received the "Serving Up Dreams Award" for his charitable work.

On stage, she called Agassi her "greatest superhero". She was particularly moved that he is not only there for his family at home, but also advocates for his fellow people and his home community. Agassi then visibly fought back tears and explained that the years spent with his daughter are what he lives for.
