The relationship between Kelly Osbourne (41) and Sid Wilson (49) remains tense. Separation rumors have been swirling around the two musicians for several months now. "It's no secret that she's not happy with him. There's been constant back and forth between them", US magazine "People" now quotes an insider. "They're not together at the moment."

According to the report, Osbourne and the Slipknot DJ have called off their engagement after months of a difficult phase. The singer's top priority right now is her mother Sharon, whom she wants to stay close to. She is also determined to be "the best mother she can be" to their three-year-old son Sidney. Right now, Osbourne "just doesn't want any drama in her life", the source continues. "Sid has a lot to work out within himself."

Direct Instagram stories

In recent days, Kelly Osbourne has already caused a stir with rather direct Instagram stories. On Monday, she wrote on her account about parenthood, responsibility, and blame. She didn't mention any names.

"Funny how the loudest defense of the guilty is rarely innocence... It's distraction", she wrote. "When the mask falls, they don't face the mirror-they throw it at someone else." Elsewhere, she became more direct: "Wake the heck up, take responsibility. I'm not putting up with your nonsense anymore!" She also explained: "I can't protect you from yourself anymore."

"My job is to protect my kids. Not your feelings. Not your expectations. Not judgments I didn't ask for", she continued. At the end of the series, the 41-year-old became very specific: "And while I'm at it: Can I have my dogs and all my stuff back? Oh yeah, and maybe some child support?"

Crisis rumors for several months

The news of a crisis between the couple isn't new. Back in March, "Daily Mail" reported, citing insiders, that the engagement had been quietly called off. The informants cited Osbourne's grief over her father Ozzy Osbourne (1948-2025) as the main reason. On Instagram, Osbourne wrote at the time that she was going through "one of the hardest phases of my life". She felt "dehumanized" and abandoned: "There's a special kind of cruelty in hurting someone who's already going through something deeply painful."

Kelly Osbourne made the relationship public on Valentine's Day 2022, also on social media: "After 23 years of friendship, I can't believe where we ended up. You are my best friend, my soulmate." Sidney was born that same year, and in July 2025, the marriage proposal followed backstage at Ozzy Osbourne's final Black Sabbath concert in Birmingham.

Slipknot reportedly let Wilson go

Sid Wilson is currently in a difficult phase anyway. As several US media outlets report, the DJ and keyboardist reportedly learned on July 31 that his band Slipknot would continue without him in the future. Wilson had been part of the group since 1999. Neither the group nor the artist himself have confirmed his dismissal so far.
