Model Heidi Klum (53) and musician Tom Kaulitz (36) celebrated their love in 2019 with a lavish wedding in Italy. On their seventh wedding anniversary on August 3, the "GNTM" host publicly congratulated her sweetheart and also gave fans a gift: The video she posted on Monday morning on her Instagram account shows private scenes from the ceremony on the yacht "Christina O." off Capri.

Bill Kaulitz Called for the Kiss

Tom's twin brother Bill officiated the ceremony at the time. In the clip, he can be heard saying: "And Tom, you may now kiss the bride." He didn't need to be asked twice, pulled back his bride's veil to the cheers of those present, and pulled her tightly into his arms. An intimate wedding kiss followed. The scene is accompanied by the Tokio Hotel song "Chateau", which was released in November 2019 and is considered Tom Kaulitz's declaration of love to Heidi Klum.

"Happy anniversary, my love", Heidi Klum wrote in English. The clip not only shows the wedding kiss but also the lavish setting. For the celebration, the yacht was decorated with many white flowers and garlands. Heidi Klum wore a flowing Valentino wedding dress that she has repeatedly described as her absolute favorite dress over the years. The groom also wore a white suit. Alongside Heidi Klum, her two daughters Leni (22) and Lou (16) can be seen in white dresses.

For three days, the couple celebrated their love on Capri seven years ago. Prominent friends were also in attendance, including Spice Girl Mel B, designer Wolfgang Joop, and longtime "GNTM" judge Thomas Hayo.

The actual ceremony had already taken place on February 22, 2019, in Beverly Hills. Heidi Klum had also publicly honored this anniversary. On her Instagram account, she wrote in February: "7 years. WOW. I love you sooooo much Tom." She posted a clip showing the couple with tousled hair in bed. They toasted with a glass of sparkling wine.

They Made Their First Couple Appearance in Cannes

This is the third marriage for Heidi Klum and the second for Tom Kaulitz. The couple met in February 2018 at a party hosted by designer Michael Michalsky. A month later, Klum made the relationship public on Instagram, and in May 2018 they made their first joint red carpet appearance in Cannes. The Tokio Hotel musician married into a blended family: Heidi Klum has children Henry, Johan, and Lou with her ex-husband Seal (63). Additionally, the British singer adopted her eldest daughter Leni, who is from a relationship with Flavio Briatore (76).
