Bad Bunny (32) didn't miss the opening of Haute Couture Week in Paris. The Puerto Rican singer and rapper took his seat in the front row of the Schiaparelli show - and almost stole the show from everyone in a double-breasted suit in butter yellow. The warm yellow tone is considered the trendy color of the season.
The musician paired the eye-catching suit with a tie, belt and Western-style boots as well as a gold earring and sunglasses. On the label's Instagram page, the look of Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, as the Puerto Rican is called by birth, is described in detail:
"Benito wears a black and gold woven braided tie with a white silk shirt and a buttercream double-breasted suit in wool and silk with a peaked lapel as well as matching wide-leg pants. The suit is decorated with custom-made jewel buttons and lapel pins featuring the keyhole and eye details characteristic of the house. With it, he wears a shiny black cowboy belt in faux crocodile leather with the signature buckle as well as custom-made black leather cowboy boots."
A Close Connection to Schiaparelli
For Bad Bunny, it was no random visit: The 32-year-old has maintained a close relationship with the French label for some time. At the Grammys earlier this year, he wore the first custom-made haute couture men's look that Creative Director Daniel Roseberry had ever designed for a man. The designer's signature was also unmistakable at the show in Paris.
Roseberry, who has led the house since 2019, presented his Fall/Winter 2026/27 collection under the title "The Abyss". The presentation is considered according to "TheIndustry.fashion" among the most experimental in the fashion house's history. The designer combined classic couture craftsmanship with synthetic materials - including silicone, which he developed into a lightweight, semi-transparent variant called "silicone silk".
Star-Studded Front Row
Bad Bunny wasn't the only star who took a seat in the front row. Actresses Emma Corrin (30) and Michelle Yeoh (63) also watched the show, as did "Vogue" editor-in-chief Anna Wintour (76), stylist Law Roach and designer Vera Wang (77). Corrin appeared in a futuristic feather blazer from the spring collection, Yeoh opted for an off-the-shoulder black dress with feather trim.
The house, founded in 1927 by Elsa Schiaparelli, has always been known for its surrealist, avant-garde style. Under Roseberry, stars like Nicole Kidman, Demi Moore and Kylie Jenner now count among the clients. For Bad Bunny, the yellow appearance in Paris is unlikely to have been his last in the name of Schiaparelli.
