Magdalena Neuner from Wallgau was the radiant face of Germany's biathlon boom, winning twelve world championship titles and two Olympic gold medals. With her charm and athletic class, the Bavarian became a crowd favorite and a three-time overall World Cup winner. She surprisingly ended her career at just 25 and has since devoted herself to her family and her role as a TV pundit.
