"WandaVision" star Elizabeth Olsen (37) is becoming a mother for the first time. As the US magazine "People" reports, the Marvel actress is pregnant and expecting her first child with her husband, musician Robbie Arnett (34).
The couple has not officially confirmed the pregnancy yet. However, the magazine shows pictures of the actress having lunch this week at the restaurant All Time in Los Angeles, and the baby bump is hard to miss: Olsen wore a white shirt that remained open at the bottom, and according to the report, gently placed one hand on her belly. Photographers captured the moment.
She Kept Her Marriage Secret for Years
The fact that Olsen, the younger sister of twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (40), is even married didn't become public knowledge for a long time. According to the US magazine, the actress and the musician secretly tied the knot sometime before the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. The 37-year-old had previously consistently kept her relationship out of the spotlight - ever since the two were first seen together in March 2017.
Nearly two years later, the US magazine made the engagement public in July 2019. According to an insider, the proposal at that time had been preceded by three years together.
A Book Revealed Her Marital Status
Olsen herself eventually provided the clue about the wedding - rather casually. In June 2021, she spoke in the "Actors on Actors" series of the trade publication "Variety" via video chat with colleague Kaley Cuoco (40) - currently also pregnant. In doing so, she pointed to a book from the "Little Miss" series on the washstand in the background and said: "I also just noticed that my husband put down 'Little Miss Magic.'"
The word "husband" came as a surprise - there had been no public mention of a wedding until then.
