For Demi Moore (63), it now seems to be paying off that she has celebrated a real comeback with the horror film "The Substance" and the series "Landman". According to a U.S. report, she is set to receive a top salary for new episodes of "Landman".

Moore has reportedly negotiated a new contract, according to industry portal "Deadline". She is now expected to earn approximately the same level as Billy Bob Thornton (70). The actress has reportedly received a significant salary increase and will earn around $740,000 to $770,000 per episode of the upcoming third season.

In the 1990s, Demi Moore was an absolute top star of the dream factory. She appeared in productions such as "Eine Frage der Ehre" alongside Tom Cruise (63) and in "Ein unmoralisches Angebot" alongside Robert Redford (1936-2025). While things quieted down for her on celluloid later, in 2024 she reminded the masses of her talent. "The Substance" by Coralie Fargeat (49) became a surprise mega-hit and Moore was nominated for the first time for an Oscar as Best Actress for her performance.

What the Other Stars on "Landman" Are Earning

While Thornton still has a running contract that only needs to be renewed for a possible fourth season, other cast members have also received salary increases. Ali Larter (50), known to film and TV fans from "Heroes" and "Final Destination", among others, will reportedly now receive more than double her previous salary at likely more than $350,000 per episode.

Previously lesser-known actors are also reportedly set to earn at least double going forward. Jacob Lofland (29) and Michelle Randolph (28) are expected to earn around $130,000 to $180,000. Production of the new episodes will reportedly begin in late August in Fort Worth, Texas, according to the report.
