20 years of psychological thrillers, more than 20 million books sold and countless bestsellers: Sebastian Fitzek (54) is celebrating his extraordinary author anniversary in 2026 with a very special event. Under the title "20 Years of Sebastian Fitzek - The One-Time Anniversary Show", Germany's star author is inviting fans to Berlin's Waldbühne on August 8. Those who couldn't get tickets can still be there live: RTL+ will exclusively stream the event starting at 8:05 PM.

Sebastian Fitzek will look back on two decades as a thriller author in front of around 20,000 fans. Instead of a classic reading, the audience can expect a stage show specially developed for the anniversary with personal stories, celebrity guests and musical performances.
The announced guests include musician Rea Garvey. Fitzek also promises an exclusive story that will only be told on this evening. According to RTL+, suspense, emotions and entertainment will merge together - but above all, the author wants to celebrate the people who made his success possible: his readers.

In the summer of 2006, Sebastian Fitzek published his first psychological thriller with "Die Therapie". What began with a debut developed into one of the greatest success stories in the German book industry. Since then, Fitzek has published numerous bestsellers and sold more than 20 million books according to publisher information.
The Berlin-based author has been thrilling millions of readers for years with his psychological thrillers - many of his novels have also been adapted for film and television or are in development.
