For Sabine Lisicki (36), her big wedding day is getting closer and closer. After the former Wimbledon finalist already married her partner in a small civil ceremony in the USA in March 2025, a big celebration in Europe is now set to follow. Before that happens, the tennis player let loose one more time on Ibiza with her closest girlfriends.
On Instagram, Lisicki now shared impressions from her bachelorette party. In the first photo, she poses in a white summer dress with a "bride" sash and a sparkling crown on a boat.
Additional photos show the tennis player and her friends sunbathing at the beach, enjoying restaurant visits together, and partying at the famous Ushuaïa club.
Accompanying the photos, Lisicki enthusiastically writes: "I simply have the best friends in the world." She continues to gush: "We had so much fun!" She will "remember forever" this special weekend, according to the tennis pro.
Big wedding celebration planned in Europe
However, Sabine Lisicki is still keeping details about the upcoming wedding celebration under wraps. Neither the exact date nor the specific location of the celebration are known yet. In an interview with "Bunte", however, she revealed a few months ago what she particularly values about her wedding: "That everyone has fun, even though everyone tells me how stressful a wedding is."
With her engagement, Lisicki surprised her fans in spring 2024 in two ways. At that time, she not only made her upcoming wedding public, but also simultaneously announced her pregnancy. She and her partner are now parents of a daughter. However, little is known about the man by her side, as he deliberately stays out of the public eye.

Sabine Lisicki began her professional career in 2006 and celebrated her greatest sporting success in 2013 when she became the first German woman since Steffi Graf in 1999 to reach the Wimbledon final.
She also still holds the official WTA record for the fastest serve in women's tennis to this day: in 2014, she served the ball at an impressive 131 miles per hour.
