Amira Aly (33) is worried about her health. The TV host, who is currently expecting her third child, revealed on Instagram herself that several of her blood values are "really, really bad." Her gynecologist is therefore advising her to take immediate countermeasures.

The ex-wife of comedian Oliver Pocher (48) had been in high spirits for a long time. Back in May, she had assured her fans in a Q&A session that she felt "incredibly fit and vital." She continued to exercise, lift weights, and work. Only occasionally did fatigue and a feeling of exhaustion bother her.

Long shooting days drain her energy

Two months later, things sound different. By now, Aly should have reached the end of her second trimester, and her resilience is declining. According to her own statement, especially extended days on set are taking their toll. "I'm starting to notice it now. I can't do as much anymore and can't stand as much, even if it doesn't look that way. But the body is getting heavier," she said on Instagram. Could this be related to her values?

In a story, the 33-year-old named specific numbers. "I have a massive iron deficiency. My ferritin level is at 8.5. My hemoglobin at 11.2. No vitamin D, omega 3. I'm really missing everything, which is also super important for development. That means supplementing, and not just a little," Aly said literally on the social network.

Aly is currently in her Austrian hometown of Klagenfurt. There she was in front of the camera for the ProSieben show "taff," which is hosted by her new partner Christian Düren (36). She showed the team places from her childhood.

Third child

For Amira Aly, it's her third child, for Christian Düren the first. The couple has reportedly been together since late 2023/early 2024. They made their first official public appearance together in early July 2024 at Berlin Fashion Week. On May 13, 2026, Amira Aly finally made it public that she and Düren are expecting offspring. She told the "Bild" newspaper: "Yes, it's true, we're expecting a baby and we're incredibly excited about this new chapter." Previously, the couple had deliberately kept the pregnancy private for several weeks.

Her two older children are from her previous marriage to comedian Pocher. The two sons were born in 2019 and 2020. After several years together, Amira Aly and Oliver Pocher announced their separation in August 2023, and the marriage was later divorced. Despite the separation, both continue to care for their children together.
