The next major sporting event alongside the World Cup in Canada, Mexico, and the USA has kicked off: From June 29 through July 12, London is once again all about the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Right on opening day, numerous stars also made sure to watch the lively action at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club from the stands.

Among them was Oti Mabuse (35), the younger sister of "Let's Dance" judge Motsi Mabuse (45). The 35-year-old had recently revealed that she is expecting a second child with her husband Marius Lepure. Under the elegant green dress she had chosen for her Wimbledon visit, her baby bump was already clearly visible.

Tennis-enthusiastic "Harry Potter" and "The White Lotus" fans on site were especially delighted by the presence of actor Jason Isaacs (63). The star, who became world-famous not least for his role as the villainous blond Lucius Malfoy, appeared alongside Irish singer-songwriter Niall Horan (32). Meanwhile, the equally famous sisters of "One Direction" star Louis Tomlinson (34), twins Phoebe and Daisy Tomlinson (22), arrived hand in hand.

Nine Germans Dream of a Wimbledon Fairy Tale

Four men and five women are representing Germany in the main draw this year. Tatjana Maria, Jan-Lennard Struff, Tamara Korpatsch, and Yannick Hanfmann are competing in their respective opening matches on June 29. Daniel Altmaier, Laura Siegemund, Ella Seidel, and Eva Lys are all scheduled for June 30. As is French Open champion Alexander Zverev (29). The professional, currently ranked third in the world, will face Alexander Blockx (ranked 36) from Belgium in his first match.
