Logan Lerman (23), who became famous through the "Percy Jackson" films, got married. The actor and his longtime partner Ana Corrigan tied the knot over the weekend at an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles. Sources confirmed this to celebrity portal "Just Jared".
The news was previously made public by screenwriter Kirsten Smith, who shared a photo from the celebration in her Instagram Stories. The picture shows her together with Lerman.
"Mr & Mrs Logie"
"Mr. & Mrs. Logie got married and somehow this is the least blurry photo I have from the entire night", Smith wrote alongside the image, adding a ring and a confetti emoji. She also added: "Congratulations, Ana and Logan." Smith is known as the writer of popular films like "Legally Blonde", "10 Things I Hate About You", "Ella Enchanted", "She's the Man", "The House Bunny", and "The Ugly Truth".
Proposal in a Rowboat
How long Lerman and Corrigan have been together is not publicly known. Corrigan published their first joint Instagram post in January 2020 on the occasion of Lerman's birthday. The couple made their engagement public in November 2023.
In an interview on the "Tonight Show", Lerman talked about his marriage proposal in 2024. "In New York there was no privacy. So we ended up in Central Park. My fiancée pointed at the rowboats, and I said: 'Oh, let's do that.'" The proposal didn't go particularly romantically from the start. "I was terrible at rowing", Lerman admitted. "So she ended up rowing the boat. I just leaned back thinking: 'Oh God, now everyone is staring at us, pointing at me and laughing at me.'" Eventually, Corrigan steered the boat to a quiet part of the lake, where he proposed to her. "It was great. It went really well."
