It was a weekend full of emotions in southwest London. While Jannik Sinner (24) and Alexander "Sascha" Zverev (29) delivered a thrilling final on the hallowed grass of Wimbledon, Oliver Pocher (48) sat in the stands with a very special guest: his 16-year-old daughter. On Instagram, the comedian let his followers share in the outing, striking unusually soft tones.

"Had an unforgettable day with my daughter!"

In his Instagram stories, Pocher appeared arm in arm with the 16-year-old. The comedian wore a light blue suit with a blue shirt, dark striped tie, and white sneakers. His daughter opted for a white mini dress with black dots. In the background, the famous grass of the All England Lawn Tennis Club could be seen.

Because Pocher and his ex-wife Alessandra Meyer-Wölden (43) consistently keep their children out of the spotlight, a large red heart covers the girl's face. Accompanying the snapshot, the father of five wrote: "And most importantly: Had an unforgettable day with my daughter!"

Words of comfort for Zverev

Previously, Pocher had also commented on the sporting event. Alexander Zverev had to admit defeat to Italian Jannik Sinner in the final. The comedian nevertheless found encouraging words for the German tennis star: "Too bad... There was more in it today for Sascha Zverev... But he's on the right path!"

How emotional Pocher shows himself as a father

After watching the final, however, the day spent with his daughter took center stage for Pocher. Already for his daughter's 16th birthday earlier this year, Oliver Pocher had given unusually personal insights. On Instagram, he published a childhood photo in which he is giving the little girl a kiss on the cheek. "It's just so incredible how time flies", he wrote at the time. Just moments ago, he had been pushing the stroller, and now his firstborn was already 16 years old.

Pocher also expressed how close the bond between father and daughter is in that post: "As the only girl and firstborn, you will always have a special place in my heart."

A blended family with many children

Oliver Pocher and Alessandra Meyer-Wölden were married from 2010 to 2014. The marriage produced their daughter together and twin sons. The jewelry designer later had two more children with a businessman. Pocher also became a father again: with his second ex-wife Amira Aly (33), he has two sons. Aly is currently expecting her third child with her partner Christian Düren (36).
