Amira Aly (33) is currently making her new garden ready for summer. Garden furniture and lawn have already been ordered and will be delivered soon. But the mood is being dampened. "I have really big problems with my neighbors", Aly says in an Instagram story. "I bought the property from them, basically their garden. And they live next door", the host explains. At first, she got along very well with them, "I'm actually very easygoing and approachable and let people get away with a lot". But some actions by the couple went too far for Aly.
Unauthorized Access to Her Property
According to her statement, the neighbors went onto her property without permission during the construction phase, took stones away, and placed them in their own garden. The last straw was a water meter located in the corner of Aly's property. To always have access to it, the couple installed a door in their own fence. Permanent access to her property - an absolute no-go for Aly. Although they offered her a key to the door, she has not received it to this day.
To protect a gate on their side, the couple also fenced off two or three square meters from Aly's property without permission. She cannot remove the fence, as that would constitute property damage. She has already brought in a lawyer who is now supposed to resolve the matter.
It's not just the neighborhood dispute and the work on and in the house that keep Aly busy. She is preparing for a special event. In May, Amira Aly confirmed that she is pregnant again. For Aly, it is her third child. With ex-husband Oliver Pocher (48), she had two sons. The 33-year-old was married to the comedian from 2019 to 2024. According to her own statements, they separated in August 2023. Since December of the same year, she and Christian Düren (35) have been a couple. In July 2024, they made their first public appearance together at a fashion show.
