It wasn't just one wedding, but a whole series of celebrations: Dua Lipa (30) and Callum Turner (36) tied the knot in a series of celebrations and outfits. Now the singer has revealed on Instagram the dress she wore at the main celebration on Saturday in Sicily: a haute couture gown by Chanel adorned with feathers and crystals. The dress represented the highlight of the fashion wedding marathon: The Chanel gown features a deep-cut back and culminated in a voluminous train embellished with feathers. Lipa paired it with a feather-adorned headpiece and a long, embroidered veil. According to Chanel, this is the first haute couture bridal gown that Matthieu Blazy has designed for a friend of the house.
The dress was crafted in the ateliers at the Parisian address 31, Rue Cambon, with the collaboration of several artisan workshops. It was entirely hand-embroidered with 480,000 beads and features jewelry motifs that required 1,155 hours of handwork. The gown with its two-meter-long train was also lined with 25,000 feathers.
The pop star and the actor officially wed on Sunday, May 31, at a private ceremony in London. For this, the bride chose a custom-made skirt suit from Schiaparelli's couture line as well as a white brimmed hat - a homage to Bianca Jagger.
Three Days of Celebration in Sicily
Last weekend, the big celebration followed: a three-day wedding spectacle in Italy. For the welcome reception on Friday evening in Palermo, Lipa appeared in a white leather dress by Bottega Veneta. For the wedding brunch on Sunday, the newly married singer opted for a transparent, custom-made dress by Chloé in floral lace.

Elton John Sang, Donatella Versace Celebrated
Little is still known about the ceremony itself. It reportedly took place at Villa Valguarnera, an 18th-century manor house also referred to as the "little Versailles". According to "Vanity Fair", Elton John sang "Your Song" for the couple. Guests were served local specialties, including Anelletti alla Norma (baked pasta), Panelle (Sicilian chickpea fritters) and Crocché (croquettes), with Cassata and Cannoli for dessert.
Prominent guests included Donatella Versace, Joe Alwyn, Olivia Dean, Charli xcx, Mark Ronson, Grace Gummer and Tame Impala singer Kevin Parker.
The couple met around 2023 in London, later reconnecting through mutual friends in Los Angeles. Speaking to "British Vogue", Lipa summed up the feeling: "This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don't know, be best friends forever - that's a really special feeling."
