Bill and Tom Kaulitz (36) are back in their element: The third season of "Kaulitz & Kaulitz" once again follows the Tokio Hotel musicians over several months through their turbulent everyday life. Unlike 2024 and 2025, when the new episodes were released in June, the eight-episode season this time doesn't start until July 23 on Netflix. The date was deliberately chosen, as the two revealed in their podcast "Kaulitz Hills - Senf aus Hollywood". "We're coming after the World Cup, because everyone wants to watch soccer then anyway", Bill explained. "So we thought: Let's wait a little longer."
A first taste is provided by a trailer that was released on June 26. The post quickly collected more than 70,000 likes. Among the fans eagerly anticipating the third season are also some celebrities. Host Marlene Lufen (55) commented: "I can't wait!!!" Colleague Lola Weippert (30) also showed her impatience: "You can't make us wait that long."
Games, Fun and Tensions
The first episodes already show how openly Bill and Tom Kaulitz once again provide insights into their turbulent lives: from lavish parties in Los Angeles to a "Vogue" shoot in their hometown village of Loitsche to a consequential mishap at Tokio Hotel's anniversary performance and heated arguments between the brothers.
Once again, the twins don't mince words. Bill, still searching for the right one, initially prescribes himself a "male organ detox". Tom, however, doubts that his brother will maintain the self-imposed abstinence for long. And then reality star Jannik Kontalis (36) suddenly appears at Bill's side in the whirlpool.
Particularly at the beginning, the third season gets quite below the belt when it comes to "Bill's naughty house" and his passion for various men. "Absolute trash format by now", Tom already judged in the trailer. But the season also strikes more serious notes. In addition to memories of childhood in the small village near Magdeburg, the brothers increasingly deal with aging, their own mortality, and the question of what they can do for the longest possible life.
