ProSieben is dedicating a TV documentary to the children of famous parents. In the long-term reality series "Born Famous" (starting Thursday, July 16 at 8:15 pm and available for streaming on Joyn), four young adults with well-known last names are being followed. As emerging stars, they have already started their own careers apart from their families.
Gloria-Sophie Burkandt
Among them is Gloria-Sophie Burkandt (27), daughter of Bavaria's Minister President Markus Söder (59, CSU), who has completed a business degree and is known as an influencer and model. Around 330,000 Instagram followers accompany her journey. The 6'1" model works in New York and is under contract with Elite Models. Burkandt regularly addresses political and social issues and uses her prominence to advocate for them. Following her earlier experiences with bullying and inappropriate advances, she launched a self-defense course program for women with her charitable organization Global Social Benefit.
The 27-year-old is the eldest daughter of Markus Söder and comes from an earlier relationship of the Bavarian Minister President. The two maintain a good father-daughter relationship. "I want to move people, inspire them, make a difference in social and political terms. And perhaps I wouldn't think so big if I didn't have my father as a role model", she explained at the beginning of the year in an interview with "Madonna". She is not currently pursuing a proper political career. "As long as my father is politically active, that's out of the question for me. Who knows what will happen in ten or twenty years."
Summer Terenzi
Summer Terenzi (20), the daughter of music stars Sarah Connor (46) and Marc Terenzi (48), was gradually introduced to the public by her parents. At 16, she made her first official Instagram appearance. Now she performs on stage as a singer. She provides her approximately 100,000 Instagram followers and 78,000 TikTok followers with singing videos and impressions from the stage. After graduating from high school in England, she returned to Germany and released her first songs. She accompanied singer Anna Grey on her tour and has already performed on stage with her mother. At the YouTube Creator Awards 2025 in Berlin, she celebrated her red carpet premiere in November 2025. Naturally, she has an advantage through her musical family, "but at the same time people also expect a lot", Summer Terenzi explained in the "Up!Date" podcast. "I'm always compared as 'daughter of.' Sarah Connor and manager Florian Fischer have two children together. The couple has been married since 2013. Sarah Connor's children Summer and Tyler (22) are from her marriage (2004-2010) to US singer Marc Terenzi.
Diego Pooth
San Diego Pooth (22) - the son of Verona Pooth (58) - has been seen on TV quite frequently. In 2025, he demonstrated his dance skills and competed on the RTL show "Let's Dance". "The big stage isn't my thing: spotlights on and all eyes on me, but I have to face it, otherwise I have no chance", he told spot on news before the show. He wanted to "make up for my limited talent with hard work and discipline. For me, this is an athletic challenge - a competition." This competitive mindset brought the 22-year-old the desired success. Together with dance partner Ekaterina Leonova (39), he won the 18th season. A joint mother-son appearance followed in fall 2025: Verona and Diego Pooth competed against Natascha and Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht on "Schlag den Star" and had to accept defeat. Diego also appeared with his family on the cooking show "Grill den Henssler".
Diego Pooth studies in Berlin and works as a model. He is from Verona Pooth's marriage to Franjo Pooth (56). The two have another son, Rocco (15).
Josefine Scholl
Josefine Scholl (18), the daughter of former professional soccer player Mehmet Scholl (55), is meanwhile less known from TV or stage appearances. The 18-year-old, who is in a relationship with Bayern star Tom Bischof (21), takes her followers along in her daily life as an influencer. On Instagram, she has around 165,000 subscribers, and on TikTok her accounts "hiddenjosie" and "josie.sll" have around 450,000 and about 300,000 followers respectively. Scholl mainly posts dance clips, "Get Ready With Me" videos, outfit checks, or vlogs. But she also addresses serious topics: On TikTok she talked about her life with McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS). "Basically, you can imagine it as there being cavities in my bones and therefore the bone is more fibrous", she described the condition. Accordingly, her bones break more easily than other people's.
Josefine Scholl is from Mehmet Scholl's relationship with his long-term partner Jessica, with whom he has another daughter. In 2016, the couple separated after nine years of marriage. Mehmet Scholl also has a son from his first marriage.
