The 48-year-old added: "My friend, who was traveling with me, had a small amount of cannabis and a cannabis pipe with him, which I knew nothing about." According to Miller, the two "fully cooperated with the officer". He is confident that the charges will be dropped once the facts have been reviewed.
The sports star had previously pleaded not guilty to two counts of minor drug offenses, according to celebrity portal "TMZ". According to "People" magazine, Miller was already arrested on June 6 in Idaho. The ski star was released on a cash bail of $5,000, it is further reported.
