Düsseldorf is currently experiencing a visit from one of the world's biggest Latin superstars: Bad Bunny (32) is in town - and is showing a surprisingly approachable side. Before his two sold-out concerts on Saturday and Sunday at the Merkur Spiel-Arena, the Puerto Rican musician is exploring the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia and is already generating plenty of buzz.

On Thursday, pictures circulated that were apparently taken the night before. They show Bad Bunny together with fans at a venue in Düsseldorf's old town - with a glass of Altbier in hand. The pub Peter's Treff confirmed on Instagram: "Bad Bunny gave out free tickets to his concert at our place yesterday. (...) For everyone who asked: No, this was not AI."

One visitor later reported that he happened to be there with friends and met the superstar in person. One gesture particularly stuck in his memory: Bad Bunny apparently bought "two meters" of beer. "Best guy!", the fan concluded.

According to the "Rheinische Post", the singer is staying in the heart of the city at the traditional Breidenbacher Hof hotel. International stars such as Taylor Swift, the Rolling Stones, and Paul McCartney have also stayed there.

Bad Bunny concert in Düsseldorf completely sold out

Bad Bunny is stopping on the Rhine on Saturday and Sunday with his "Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour", having previously performed in cities such as Barcelona and Madrid. Around 40,000 fans are expected on both evenings in Düsseldorf. The Puerto Rican indie band Chuwi is expected as the opening act.

The concert is officially sold out, with only a few tickets appearing on secondary platforms at significantly inflated prices.

After Düsseldorf, Bad Bunny will head to the Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Sweden, Poland, and Italy before the tour ends on July 22 in Brussels.
