For nearly five weeks, Esther Sedlaczek reported live from the Soccer World Cup in the USA, Canada, and Mexico alongside Bastian Schweinsteiger for ARD. After the tournament, the 40-year-old is now switching to recovery mode. She posted a series of photos on Instagram with the caption: "World Cup mode off. Family time on."
The first photo shows the host together with her youngest child as they watch a herd of cows. Her son was born in July 2025 and recently celebrated his first birthday. In addition to him, Sedlaczek has a daughter born in 2019 and a son born in 2021.
