"The name's Bond, James Bond." Daniel Craig (58) said the probably most famous line of the British secret agent for the first time about 20 years ago in Italy for his first 007 film "Casino Royale". Fans can now live where "James Bond" history was made - if they can afford it.
Filming took place back then in front of Villa La Gaeta on the shore of Lake Como. In that very villa, an exclusive apartment is currently for sale through luxury real estate provider Sotheby's International Realty. Located in the south-facing annex of the villa complex, the apartment was renovated in 2023. It spans two floors and offers approximately 1,300 square feet of space.

"Time Out" magazine and "Country Life" report an expected sum of approximately 1.2 to 1.4 million euros. Given the location and the film history associated with the property, the price may be lower than some fans might expect.
